How it's measured
A seat is a person whose account is active, billed on the period's busiest day — so a seat added on the 28th counts, and one removed on the 2nd stops counting next period.
Storage is your data's own size, billed on the period's average. Indexes are excluded: we create them for speed, and you shouldn't pay for our speed.
