Grovely

Analytics that grows
with your tables.

Drop your files. Grovely reads them, proposes how they join and who may see them, and the dashboards grow with the schema.

14 days free. No card until you decide to stay.

  1. You: what do you have. Four tables in two families. Ask about any of them in your own words.
  2. You: revenue by month for the west region. Revenue for the West, by month. Every month is up on the year before.
  3. You: share this with finance. Shared with Finance team, view only. They see what their role can read, and nothing comes with it.

Pre-rendered from a sample workspace. Nothing here is live.

Three steps
  1. Drop your files.

CSV, Excel or zip, several at once. You get a plan first — tables, columns, keys, how they join — and nothing is created until you say Import.

  2. Approve the plan.

Untick what's wrong, rename what's ugly, press Import. Keys and joins are checked against every row before they're applied; the data has to agree.

  3. Ask.

Type what you want to see. The answer is a chart, a table or a dashboard, and it opens current every time, because it keeps the question rather than the numbers.

The sample workspace: 4 tables, 1,220,037 rows, 3 relationships.

Dashboards by conversation.

Ask for revenue by month and a chart arrives. “Add margin”, “only the west”, “move it up”, “share this with finance” — each is a sentence, and each saves a version you can go back to. Drag and resize when that's quicker. There's no builder to learn, because there isn't one.

The Map.

Every table is a card and every relationship a line. A join the data suggests arrives dashed, in gold, with its evidence on it — “42,311 of 42,311 match” — and waits for your Confirm. Nothing is joined on a guess.

Roles that propose themselves.

Name a role and say what it's for — “Finance team: month-end, receivables, cash.” Grovely proposes the tables, each with its reason. Sensitive tables are never pre-ticked, and nothing is granted until you press Save. Then view as the role and see exactly what its people will.

Security, in plain words.

Each workspace's tables live in a schema of their own. Every read is checked twice — by the database, and by the layer that writes the queries — and both read the same grants, so they can't disagree. Nobody changes a row by asking. Read how it's built

Patent pending.

Grovely's way of building, editing, saving, shelving and bringing back dashboards by conversation is the subject of a pending patent application. The notice
